DESCRIPTION:Location: AUM Wellness Center\nWhat’s Happening? AUM Employees can stop by the AUM Wellness Center on Wednesday and enjoy the facility free of charge. Take a walk, cycle, swim or a group fitness class! For AUM employees who are not already members, you can receive a free week of membership from 4/26 through 5/2 by either stopping by and signing up for your free week or emailing Jennifer Puryear at jpuryear@aum.edu on Wednesday. \nEmployees also are invited to walk our campus or our indoor track at the Wellness Center and take in the beauty of AUM. Research supports that walking boosts creativity and problem solving, allowing ideas to more easily emerge. Take a 30-minute walk and explore the ideas that cross your path.\n
