Each semester, the Experiential Education and Engagement Center offers scholarships to students who enroll in community engagement or undergraduate research courses.

Students can receive the scholarship up to two times: once for a community-engaged course and once for an undergraduate research course.
This scholarship covers one-credit hour of tuition, and does not cover any fees associated with the course.

To be eligible for this scholarship, students must:

Be an undergraduate
Have registered for an approved course prior to applying for the scholarship.
Complete the application completely with correct course information by the application deadline

AUMTeach Scholarship Incentive

To encourage students to take an AUMTeach course to see if a teaching certificate is right for them, the Office of the Provost is sponsoring a one-credit hour tuition scholarship for juniors and seniors majoring in a STEM field (College of Education majors are not eligible).
The AUMTeach minor consists of eight classes. You’ll receive a $750 scholarship (on top of your existing AUM scholarship opportunities) to pay for the first two classes, which lets you kick off your future with less debt and more career flexibility.
