Staff Council Halloween Office/Door Decorating & Costume Contest
From “Jeopardy!” to “Family Feud,” it’s your turn to play, Halloween style at AUM!
The AUM Staff Council invites campus departments to join the fun by entering the 2025 Halloween Office/Door Decorating and Costume Contest. This year’s theme is “Game Shows Through the Years.”
Entries will be judged in four categories: Creativity, Originality, Use of Theme, and Warhawk Spirit (hint: add Curtiss for extra spirit!). Departments, doors, and costumes must be registered by Friday, Oct. 24.
Awards will be presented in two divisions:
- Department Awards (judged by the Staff Council Executive Committee and Unit Representatives)
- Staff Choice Awards (selected by staff votes for their favorite entries)
Departments may submit in each category but will only be eligible for one award. Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division.
First-place winners in any category will receive a pizza party!
Other Important Dates:
- Decorating Deadline: Thursday, 30 at 11:59 p.m.
- Judging: Friday, Oct. 31, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Winners Announced: Wednesday, Nov. 5 (recognized at the Staff Council meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 18)
